“Once you have tasted flight, you will forever walk the earth with your eyes turned skyward, for there you have been, and there you will always long to return.” John Secondari
The Zentangle Method includes several early techniques that form the foundation for learning and creating new tangles. These techniques are sometimes called “magic tricks” because small adjustments in the way you draw can dramatically change the depth and character of your work. They help bring dimension, refinement, and flow to both individual tangles and full compositions. This year’s Twelve Days of Zentangle focuses on one of these core techniques and explores it in depth.
Project Pack 31 includes a specially designed Zentangle surface created for exploring the featured technique. The selected tangles may appear complex at first, but the step‑by‑step guidance makes the connections easy to understand. Each lesson builds smoothly on the previous one, helping you progress one stroke at a time.
Daily lessons will be released, making the twelve‑day journey feel inspiring and fast‑paced. The series begins on December 7th.
